Stz’uminus First Nation and CCRJS have signed a Memorandum of Understanding to design a Community Justice program. Through collaboration, CCRJS will work with Stz’uminus to support the community with restorative justice practices and processes, working in line with Stz’uminus First Nation’s commitment to providing opportunities for their people, and to nurture and support a safe and healthy community while building capacity in the community.

COWICHAN NEIGHBOURHOOD HOUSE
ASSOCIATION

Cowichan Neighborhood House Association (CNHA) is an association of “neighbours helping neighbours” — financed by donations, and run on volunteer spirit. Offering supports, resources, and a gathering place for individuals, youth, and families. CCRJS has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with CNHA to provide restorative justice and mediation services, and to collaborate in actions leading to safer, healthier, and inclusive communities.
